If you work for someone, how are you to look upon your job?  If you are the boss, how are you to look upon your employees?  Can you hold to these principles today in your business and still make it?


Apply It
Paul sets the example for us when it comes to working hard for God and at the end of verse 35 he mentions a truth that has been spoken by Christians and non-Christians ever since, “It is more blessed to give than receive.”  When it comes to the work you do to make a living for your family, how truthful is Paul’s statement as it pertains to you and your job?

How about as you think about the way you serve God at church?

If you are a young person as you complete your chores for mom and dad in your house have you ever applied this truth to your serving at home?
