Connections Ministry Plug & Play Small Group Facilitatio

Facilitators guide small group participants through the Plug & Play material.  The Plug & Play small group curriculum is produce by The Creek to provide an opportunity for groups to revisit and discuss the main teaching themes which are being presented in the weekly sermons.  Each week, the curriculum contains ice-breaker questions, a narrative introduction to the lesson – via print or video, reflection questions, Bible study questions, and a challenge to put some aspect of the lesson into practice in the following week.

Connections Ministry Small Group Leader

A small group is any group of believers which develops a structured meeting schedule and community around Bible study, spiritual growth, service, or an activity.  The group leader guides the group in two ways.  First, he or she provides leadership to ensure the group consistently achieves its goals – to study the Bible, to grow spiritually, to serve together, etc.  Second, he or she leads individual members of the group.  This takes place during the meeting as well as outside the group time through prayer, encouragement, and accountability.
