If you wish to volunteer with any of our students or children, we require that you fill out a Volunteer Release Form and return it to the ministry leader, who will then check your references and background, and will then process it for a child safe name badge.

If your child would like to attend one of our many conferences or retreats, you must fill out a Nextgen Medical Release Form and return it to the ministry leader prior to the event. 

If your child would like to attend a CIY conference, you must fill out a CIY Release Form for each individual CIY conference.
