Prayer Requests

If you, a friend, or family member needs prayer you can fill out the prayer request section in the Sunday program and drop it in the offering as it comes by. But in an effort to make it easier for all you can now pass along your prayer request via the web. Please fill out and submit your prayer using the Prayer Request Form and you will be added to our prayer list which is distributed to our staff and prayer team.

Hospital/Surgery Visits

As a pastoral staff, our goal is to make daily, personal contact with members or attenders of The Creek that are having an extended stay in the hospital or about to undergo surgery. We want you to know that your family of God is thinking of you and praying for you. We partner in this ministry with our Hospital Visitation Team, a group of specially trained volunteers.

If you would like us to visit you in the hospital or prior to surgery, please complete the Hospital Visitation Form.  In the event of an emergency hospitalization, please call the church office at 317.862.6430. 

Transportation Ministry

The Transportation Ministry provides transportation to members of Indian Creek, who are 18 or over, and have no means of transportation to get to the doctor, dentist, therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, grocery store or pharmacy. This service is offered from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. For more information contact Bill and Judy Cook at 317.224.4544.
