Dr Gary Johnson Senior Minister of The Creek. He is known for his relevant, practical, and insightful biblical preaching/teaching. Gary has been in leadership at The Creek since 1990, and he enjoys serving with people. He
has an MA from Lincoln Christian Seminary, a Master of Ministry and
Master of Divinity degrees from Cincinnati Bible Seminary, and a Doctor
of Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary. An avid supporter of missions, Gary travels to a number of countries to teach ministers in third world nations. He and his wife, Leah, are the parents of two grown sons, and are proud grandparents. | |

D. Mark Miller Executive
Minister. Mark oversees all leadership & staff development,
personnel, policy, and financial systems of Indian Creek. Mark also
serves as an elder and officer of the church. Mark has been blessed to
see God grow Indian Creek from two full-time ministers and 350 in
attendance to the thriving community of faith that it is today. Mark
received his Masters of Divinity from Lincoln Christian Seminary, and
is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree, in the area
of spiritual formation/direction, from Denver Seminary. Mark and his
wife Gloria have three daughters. | |

Stan Bryan Executive Director of Operations. Stan leads the areas of administration, communications, facilities, finance, and information technology. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, he spent twenty-two years in printing industry management, before entering the ministry in 2001. Stan is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Davidson College in North Carolina with a degree in economics and is currently pursuing a Masters of Pastoral Leadership at Cincinnati Bible Seminary. He and his wife, Laura, have a daughter at Clemson University in South Carolina, a son working in Charlotte, North Carolina, three married adult daughters here in Indianapolis plus two awesome grandchildren. Their canine children are Lady and Forrest, a Shih Tzu and Brussels Griffon respectively. | |

Rick White Executive Director of Adult Ministries. Rick oversees the Adult Ministry team, the Senior Adult Ministry and works alongside the Director of Operations in Human Resources. Rick was called into vocational ministry out of the business world more than 13 years ago. He is a graduate of The University of Evansville in southern Indiana and has done post-graduate training in a variety of educational venues. Rick has held Ministry positions in Indiana and Arizona and has returned to Indiana to serve The Creek. He and his wife Susie, a Registered Nurse, have two grown children and one grandchild. |

Chris Alexander Minister of Global Involvement. Chris came to The Creek following 15 years of missionary service in Zambia and Ukraine. He has a passion for reaching lost people whether it be here in Franklin Township or around the world. Chris is a 1983 graduate of Johnson Bible College and has completed his Masters degree in Intercultural Studies in 2006. Chris and his wife, Donna, have three teenage children. | |

Seth Bryant Minister of Young
Adults. Seth joined The Creek in 2007 and provides leadership for the Young Adult ministry. He comes with a passion for speaking, leadership and community. As a graduate of Johnson Bible College, he knows the importance of education and is pursuing another degree at Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Both he and his wife Kelly are excited for the opportunity to serve this great church.

Shan Caldwell Minister of Assimilation. Shan’s
primary responsibility is to help people get connected in both service
and spiritual growth opportunities – creating a church community that
is both reaching the lost and growing deeper in faith. He holds degrees from Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary and is working on his doctorate at Trinity Seminary. Shan and his wife Lise, have two children. | |

Charlie Coon Minister of Pastoral Care. Charlie has been a member of The Creek since 1993, and joined our staff in 1999. Charlie was born and raised in Texas. He earned his B.A. in Business/Finance from Austin College in Sherman, TX. After moving to the Midwest, he completed three Masters Degrees at Cincinnati Bible Seminary. He and his wife, Caryn, have one daughter.

Jeffrey Derico Minister of Adult Discipleship. He
comes to The Creek after ten years of ministry at Cincinnati Christian
University (CCU) where he fulfilled roles in academic administration
and student services. Jeffrey has earned an MA in Theological Studies at CCU, is pursuing a Master of Ministry at CCU, and is a PhD student at Andrews University. Jeffrey and his wife, Carrie, have two children. | |

Chris Garrett Minister of Marriage and Family Life. Originally from Virginia Beach, V.A. Chris has a heart for building God centered healthy families. As Minister of Families, Chris’ primary responsibility is to bring practical biblically based leadership to the Marriage & Family ministries here at The Creek. He holds a degree from Roanoke Bible College and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Religion with an Emphasis in Pastoral Care. Chris and his wife Shelley have one daughter. | |

Andy Schroeder Minister
of Worship and Creative Arts. Andy comes to The Creek after 13
years of traveling with One 5 Oh! Worship Band and Christ in Youth.
Andy is a graduate of Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri and has
also had previous ministries in Texas and Indiana. He loves to
challenge people to worship God with passion and He looks forward to
each service at The Creek to see that happen. Andy and his wife
LeaAnn have four boys. | |

Scott Heller Minister to High School Students. Scott joined our Student Ministry team in June 2005. He speaks weekly at “Approach” and provides leadership for all High School ministry environments while coordinating programming with other members of the Student Ministry team. Scott’s goal is to allow students to experience the local church at its best so they embrace Christ’s community as a non-negotiable for the rest of their lives. He also oversees our internship program for High School students and is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Scott and his wife, Mindy, are both graduates of Johnson Bible College and proud parents for the first time.

Mike Killebrew Minister of Middle School Ministry. Mike has a heart for Middle School students (5th -8th Grade) and makes it a priority that they have fun while developing community with God and other believers. Mike speaks weekly during Momentum and oversees the Middle School Ministry. Mike graduated from Lincoln Christian College and has been at The Creek since 2000. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Cincinnati Bible Seminary. Mike and his wife Kelley have two children.

Ryan Sarver Minister of NextGen Worship. Ryan joined the Worship and Creative Arts team in June 2005. He is responsible for the production of the Sunday morning worship videos as well as the Plug and Play video curriculum. He
has a passion to connect with the un-churched through the visual arts.
Ryan and his wife, Lauren, are both graduates of Lincoln Christian

Kristy Davis Director of Nursery and Preschool. Kristy has been a staff member of The Creek since 2004. She is an alumnus of Purdue University, where she earned her B.A. in Elementary Education. Kristy left her occupation as an elementary school teacher so that she could teach young kids at The Creek the most important lessons in life. She has a passion for working with children and enjoys providing a fun, nurturing environment where young children can learn about God. Kristy is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Religion from Cincinnati Bible Seminary.

Eric Denney Director of
Children’s Ministries. Eric has a passion for helping children meet Jesus while they enjoy Church. He oversees Children’s Ministries for elementary age kids including Kids R.O.C.K., Bible Bowl, AKTS and Vacation Bible School. He and his wife, Marci, have six children from early teen to infant. He is in his second year of the CALL Program, the adult degree completion program from Cincinnati Christian University.

Laura Dingman Associate
Director of Worship and Creative Arts. Laura joined the staff of The Creek in June of
2005 after having taught high school choral music for 9 years. She has
a passion for using the arts to enhance worship experiences. Laura
oversees the drama and vocal music ministry, leads worship and assists in programming design for Sunday morning worship. She attended
Indiana University School of Music and is currently pursuing a Masters
in Pastoral Leadership at Cincinnati Christian Seminary. Laura and her
husband, Matt, enjoy spending time with their daughter Abigail and black lab, Emma.

Lori Pell Assistant Director of Nursery. Lori was an active volunteer in our nursery and preschool programs for several years before coming on staff this year. She
loves children of all ages and enjoys providing a safe and loving
environment for children so that parents can enjoy worship knowing
their children are well taken care of. Lori and her husband Jeremy have two sons.

Bret Morgason Facilities Manager Bret oversees the day to day operations of the church building and grounds while working closely with the ministerial staff to ensure the best possible facility for each ministry. Bret also works with outside contractors to ensure the building is ready for use. While working with contractors and staff, Bret oversees the facilities and servant ministry volunteers, so they are able to share their talents and gifts in order to keep things running smoothly. Bret graduated from Indiana University and came to The Creek staff in 2003, after a long career in the Sanitary Maintenance Industry. Bret lives in Shelbyville with his wife Karen and two teenage daughters Katie and Amanda. | |

Sally Feuerbach Administrative Assistant A true ‘jack of all trades’, Sally is the office aficionado of office machines, answering phones, and serving coffee. She works with the NextGen and Global Involvement ministries at The Creek. Typically, Sally can be found planning trips and organizing big events that her ministers have cooked up—they would truly be lost without her! Sally has been in The Creek family for six years and has served on staff since January of 2006. She is married to Travis, a financial advisor and avid sportfisherman. The happy couple currently resides on the southeast side of Indianapolis and escapes to southern Indiana, “God’s County”, as often as possible.

Kelly Shearer Communications Coordinator Kelly has served at The Creek in several volunteer roles such as Friday Morning MOPS Coordinator, Adult Discipleship Team member and Women’s Ministry Coordinator. She is currently serving on the i2 Community Outreach Team and leads the First Place 4Health ministry. Kelly and her husband have been members at The Creek since August 2002 and reside in Franklin Township with their son and daughter. Kelly has been on staff since January 2006. In this current season of life, she has a heart for missions and a love for Cambodia; specifically, the ministry of Rapha House. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys watching football games, reading, exercising, going to movies, and hanging out with family and friends.

Kimberly Watts Administrative Assistant A member of The Creek for 5 years, Kimberly has been on staff since April of 2007. She is the Administrative Assistant for the Adult Discipleship and Pastoral Care ministries, as well as the office editing guru. When she is not on the clock, Kimberly serves as a volunteer for the Worship and Creative Arts and Global Involvement ministries and has been involved both on and off stage at various community theatres in Indianapolis. Currently, Kimberly is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Religion at Cincinnati Christian Seminary and looks forward to discovering how God plans to use this experience for the Kingdom. | |

Pam Wire Bookkeeper Pam has been on staff as our part-time bookkeeper since 2002, while also working at JC Penney’s. Thirty-five year ago she married her high school sweetheart, Terry, and together they enjoy hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with family. They absolutely love being grandparents to three beautiful granddaughters. Since joining The Creek in 1985, Pam and Terry have been involved in several areas including Student Ministry and mission trips, as well as an adult small group that has been together for fifteen years. These experiences have produced multiple blessings, which have allowed them to grow spiritually, struggle through different seasons of life, and enjoy life with the "one anothers" in their church family.

Vicki Witham Administrative Assistant Vicki and her husband, David, started attending The Creek in 1995 and placed membership in 1996 along with their daughter, Lynn Ann. They volunteered in the Red Carpet Ministry which has since evolved into the Guest Services Ministry. Vicki, a stay-at-home mom at the time, also volunteered at The Creek's reception desk answering phones and greeting guests. In 1999 she joined the staff as receptionist and now assists our senior and executive ministers, while also coordinating the facility's schedule. Vicki and David make their home in Shelby County near Boggstown. They both were actually born and raised in Shelby County and expect to remain there, until they go home to be with Jesus. At every opportunity, the couple travels Indiana on “one-day-get-a-ways.” Vicki also enjoys crochet and cross stitch and is involved in our Crochet Ministry. She has experience in retail, driving a school bus and being a lab technician. However, other than being a mom, she has worked at The Creek the longest and plans to enjoy serving the Lord vocationally until she retires.

Terri Kilgore Administrative Assistant Terri is the administrative assistant for Worship and Creative Arts and Assimilation. She has been a member of The Creek for 12 years and has worked at The Creek for almost 10 years with a year long furlough. Terri has been married to Charlie for 25 years. They have two daughters, Jessica and Caitlin; Jessica is a junior at Purdue University and is studying elementary education. Caitlin is a junior at New Palestine high school and is on the volleyball team. | |

Dawn Webb Receptionist Dawn has been attending The Creek with her family since she was in 6th grade. She has a passion for children, especially those who have been orphaned. Her heart aches for those who are in need and wants to show others Christ by serving them and making the world a better place. She loves to meet new people and get to know them on a personal level. Dawn graduated from Ball State University in May of 2007. She is married to Travis, a medical physics student who will be graduating December of 2008. The couple lives in Fishers with their firstborn, Cali the cat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, photography, and spending time with family.
