On a Sunday morning, we might ask the question, "Where is everybody?" All across America, fewer and fewer people are going to church - and that would include Christians! Though 23% of Americans consider themselves active, regular participants in the Church, they only attend three out of eight weeks! It seems the bar is not set very high for considering if one is a committed follower of Christ. No wonder we ask, "Where is everybody?"

Yet, outside the Church, people are asking, "Where is everybody-who claims to be a Christian?" From coast to coast, there are record numbers of hurting people who could use some help-from Christians. But, they end up asking, "Where is everybody?" The Colts and Pacers are in the entertainment business. McDonalds and Chick-fil-A are in the food business. Meijer and Target are in the retail business. The Creek is in the disciple-making business, and Jesus tells His disciples to GO-and be the Church!


This Christmas, it's time to get out of the box!
