This guide will help you connect to local ministries we support and encourage. The organizations listed in bold are ministry partners of GO!
GO! Ministry Philosophy
We partner with organizations that are based upon a model of community development and biblical discipleship. Initiatives and partnerships are targeted which empower people in hopes of creating sustainable methods to address their spiritual and physical needs. Opportunities to serve in local compassion initiatives and on short-term cross-cultural trips provide a catalyst for transforming the hearts, minds, and lives of Christ-followers. Our emphasis is on The Creek’s ability to develop lasting relationships with specific tribes, villages, and individuals.
Assist impoverished single parents by providing sustainable solutions that help them thrive.
Ideas: mentoring, childcare, hospitality.
Electricians, contractors, plumbers, roofers, other skilled trades people to help local families with home repairs.

Extended Hand Prison Ministry
Ministering in six institutions on a weekly basis to those who have been incarcerated, developing long lasting relationships with many of them.
Those who teach, coach, and encourage those who have been assisted through Generous Buckets.
Near Eastside provider of services for the homeless to build more stable, secure lives.
Ideas: meals, office work, group projects
Midwest Food Bank
Gather, sort and distribute food donations to not-for-profits and disaster sites without cost to the recipients.
Ideas: disaster relief, repackaging foods, CDL drivers
Shepherd Community Center
Inner city ministry that helps families break the cycle poverty
Ideas: health clinic, mentoring, food pantry, after school tutoring
Christ Youth Bible Club – meets on select school campuses
This organization provides a safe place for Beech Grove students after school for mentoring, recreation, and Bible-based lessons.
Ideas: after school programs, seasonal outreach
Connects the children of parents in distress with host families who open their hearts and homes to serve those in need.
Ideas: donate needed items, become a safe family
Str8 Up Camp
Young adult and youth outreach program that develops successful student leaders in Indy.

The Center for Global Impact (CGI)
They have several initiatives that empower those in danger of being sold into trafficking to be self-supportive.
Ideas: volunteer in the warehouse, host a trunk show for by Tavi products
Hope Center Indy
A Christ-centered program to help develop women who have been rescued from sex trafficking develop their personal and professional life.
Ideas: help organize and volunteer at events
Transform the lives of women in the sex industry by caring for them through Christ's example, to empower and encourage them on their journey, and equip them for a full and healthy life.
Ideas: Mentoring, prayer team, outreach team.
Exodus Refugee Ministry
Work to arrange housing, food and clothing, case management, as well as education, employment and health services for individuals and families starting out in their new lives.

Christian Missionary Fellowship (CMF)
You can help to transform lives globally by volunteering to serve with them locally in Indianapolis.
Ideas: mailings, airport transportation, host a missionary, landscaping
FAME – Medical Missionaries
Distributes medicines and supplies to equip the doctors, nurses, and missionaries in the field.
