Looking for a Life Group?

You've come to the right place.

To be part of a transforming community, we have to be in relationship with others. No way around it.

It’s how God created us. It’s how we serve and make each other better. It’s also how God wired us to be made more like Jesus. Discipleship is not an individual sport; you’ve got to be part of a team.

We want you to partner with God with us to help connect people to Jesus, and what God is doing and what he is calling us to.

As a church family, we commit to one another. Partnership is not about merely making a formal commitment, though. It’s about the essence of actively engaging as a vital part of our church family. See what we mean by checking out our Partnership Commitment.

Email to sit down with a key leader in our church family to discuss partnership, answers any questions you may have, and review The Creek family partnership agreement.
